https://ndhsaa.com This link is for the 2020/2021 Physical Form for this athletic season. If your son or daughter took a physical last year, they will need to fill out 2020/2021 Physical Form B. This is so your child will not need a physical from the doctor. However, if you child did not get a physical from last year, then they will need to go see your physician and get a sports physical. You can find this on the web link as well. You can scroll down until you see the physical forms. Again, if your child had a physical from last year, they will need to fill out Form B. Thank you Warriors.

Hello Warriors! Elementary students will continue this week with the A & B schedule. Middle and High School students will continue to learn from home. When not in the building, it’s important that students log into classes from home every day. Your student’s attendance into daily classes is critical to their learning. Have a great week Warriors!

There has been some changes for the Sports Physicals for the 2020-2021 Season. The NDHSSA has approved, if you have gotten your sports physical for the 2019-2020 season. The student athlete will have to get a parent permission slip. The link will be down below. The Athletic Director will have all the student physicals from last year. If you did not get a physical last year, you will need to get this done. We are assuming fall sports will be on time. Cross Country opening practice will start Aug 10th. We will follow Warwick School Policy on how we will approach the up coming season. So, please get this done with you are planning on joining Cross Country. No student will not be able to practice without this being done, per school policy. Stay Safe Warriors. https://ndhsaa.com/uploads/files/NDHSAA-Preparticipation-Form-B.pdf

Please wave to the bus driver from your door, and the meals will be left for you. For the safety of our families and staff, we are taking a no-contact approach. Thank you for your understanding.
